My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Belle is a sweet, happy, and playful 2-year-old Lab x Terrier mix looking for her forever home. She was originally found as a stray by animal control back in February 2023, and while her past before that remains a mystery, one thing is certain—she is ready to be someone’s loyal and loving companion. Belle spent several months in our care before being adopted, but unfortunately, due to her adopter’s declining health, she was returned through no fault of her own. Now, she’s back on the search for a family who will give her the love and stability she deserves.

Belle has a wonderful personality. She’s always happy to see people and eager to spend time with them, whether it’s playing outside, going for a walk, or just soaking up affection. She’s a great mix of playful and affectionate, making her the perfect dog for someone looking for both an adventure buddy and a snuggle companion. Her energy level is well-balanced—not over-the-top, but still lively enough to keep up with an active household.

She also gets along well with other dogs but benefits from a proper introduction to make sure she starts off on the right foot with new canine friends. With her friendly and social nature, she would likely do well in a home with another dog that matches her energy and play style.

Belle is looking for a home where she can finally settle in and feel secure. She’s been through a lot of change in her young life, but she hasn’t let it dull her bright and loving spirit. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, and loyal companion who will bring joy and love into your home, Belle just might be the perfect match for you. Apply to meet her today and give her the second chance she’s been waiting for! 🐶💕

All adoptions includes current Parvo and Distemper Vaccine, wormer and rabies. Spay or Neuter Certificate ( if not already altered ) Several Vets honor our certificate although if they don't upon mailing proof of altering and receipt of paying out of pocket you will be reimbursed if not excepted.

Dogs are $175 and up, of this fee you will receive a $32 voucher towards the spaying or neutering if not already done.

Cats are $65 and up of this fee you will receive a $22 voucher towards the spaying or neutering if not already done.

If you rent we must call and verify with the landlord that you are allowed to have pets.

As with all animals adopted here, there is a contract that states if the adopter during any time of the animals life can no longer care for under any reason they have to be returned here, they cannot be sold traded or given away. We also offer a 14 day return policy so that if you get home and the animal doesn't work out for any reason you can return them to us and do an exchange for another dog or cat one time. If returned within those 14 days. The contract also states per Missouri Law the animal MUST be spayed or Neutered within 30 days of the adoption date depending on the age of the animal. We have been known to go and take animals back that have not been taken care of or if there is a breech of contract. We are always willing to take strays or animals that the owners can no longer care for. We take these animals by appointment and as space allows. To drop off animals to us we charge an intake fee of $30.00 which helps to provide vaccinations for our animals.
