My first thought on this guy is: Congratulations, it's a bouncing baby boy!!! That is his personality. Although he is 8 months old he is very much a very happy and playful puppy. This guy weighs about 35 pounds now but will probably be a 50 lb dog as an adult.
He has a complete mix of Border Collie and Australian Cattle dog and has the personality of more a Border Collie and is looks are that of a true Border Collie just his coat is not a long as a Border Collie.
Chevy was previously owned when he was a really cute little puppy. He is still cute and still a puppy. He is very obedient and well mannered and house and crate trained. He loves to go on walks and he is curious about the outdoors and things all around him. He just fits in like he has always been here.
This little guy would be good with kids and definitely with a family or couple who doesn't mind him hanging around as he likes to be in the room you are in and be a part of the family.
Chevy is learning to play with toys, he likes chew bones. He does not mess around with any of your personal items such as phone charger cords, shoes or furniture. He LOVES sleeping on his bed and will take 1/2 naps throughout the day. He tends to keep one eye open during the day to make sure you are not doing anything without him! He does sleep through the night. He will go to the backdoor to indicate he wants to go potty.
This is a happy, even tempered, a little submissive puppy that would be a great addition to any home. He is so grateful at being rescued, he knows he has been save and he is a very good boy.
