Hi, Meet sweet Rowan! Rowan is a smaller shepherd mix, born February 2021, he is 10 months old and weigh 30 pounds. He probably has 10 more pounds to gain as an adult.

He really should go by the nickname Love Bug - he has a heart of gold and love spending time with his people! Low key, sensitive, gentle and incredibly charming are all characteristics that describe this handsome boy.

Rowan is a very special pup and his personality is nothing but pure love. ROWAN WOULD DO BEST IN A HOME WITH A COMPANION BUDDY AS HE TENDS TO WITHDRAW AS THE ONLY DOG.

Although we normally do adopt out of state, we are hoping that Rowan could remain in Texas as he gests a queasy tummy when traveling long distances.

He will be the perfect companion for a homebody that wants a companion buddy to love. He is quiet, not a barker and good for an apartment. He basically loves to comfort his human and lay by their side all day. He's also good with other dogs and cats. Rowan tries to please everyone.

He has be neutered, vaccinated, rabies, dewormed, microchipped and on monthly heartworm preventative and flea/tick control.

His medical records will come with him at the time of adoption.
