Max is a 4 yr. old, male Husky - Pomeranian mix, aka a Pomsky. Max weighs 35 lbs. Max carries a lot of husky traits, one of which, he is an escape artist! Max is energetic, active, strong, and playful. He loves toys and going for walks. He can be dog reactive, particularly large breed dogs; we have been working on this, he is getting better. Max thinks cats are for chasing, not uncommon for a husky! Max would be OK for a family dog, but only older kids, teens and up, no children under 10 years old. Max is fine in the car as long as he is restrained by doggie seatbelt, or crate, otherwise he is jumping from seat to seat! Max would love to have a securely fenced yard, with a fence 5 feet or taller, to run and round and play, but a fenced yard is not a requirement. Max has the energy of a puppy, so be ready to take multiple walks, runs each day. A well exercised dog is a good dog!
