Hello, here is the dynamics duo. Chloe and Oliver has been a great addition to our family but due to unforeseen circumstances we can no longer care for them. These are truly two great little dogs. They have about an acre run with underground pet fence and will run, play and chase each other for some time before tiring. They have grown up with 2 very active little boys now 4 and 7 years old. Playing ball, chasing sticks or anything that moves...birds, bears, deer and butterflies its all fair game.
Chloe: Chloe came first. We got Chloe from a breeder in Alabama when she was 8 weeks old, she now 2 1/2. She is a liver and white gal with a lot of pep. She is excellent on a leash and knows many basic commands. She is a real snuggler at night. Very friendly with everyone...working on manners of not jumping up on someone but other than that very well behaved. She was so much fun and had so much energy we went looking for a companion for her...we found Oliver.
Oliver: We adopted from American Brittany Rescue about 2 years ago, he is now 4 years old. He is a very sweet and gentle little lad. He is a smaller orange and white Brittany. He may be the best dog I have ever had. He will never jump or steal or chew or bite. He is very attached to his Chloe and they have made a great pair. (Chloe is in charge and he knows it). He loves ball...Loves it! A tennis ball makes this little guy so happy. He knows a few tricks with the ball and is very fast. He barks when someone approaches the driveway as a warning but as soon as they step into his yard they are greeted with the cutest wiggling butt. Ollie also sleeps with us at night and during the day with Chloe in a big doggie bed. He needs a little help with walking on a leash but with such a big yard we don’t use it much, so I am sure he would master it with a little practice.
I'm not sure how these guys are around cats as we don’t own any. They have treed a bear on several occasions. We wish these two could stay with us forever and they will be missed for sure. In an ideal world we would love to find a home that's close enough to visit. Chloe and Oliver are a bonded pair and must be adopted together, so if you have room in your heart and home for this wonderful duo please fill out our online adoption application at www.americanbrittanyrescue.org.
History – Chloe and Oliver are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped and on heartworm preventative.
