My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Buford!! This handsome guy is estimated to be between 2 & 3 years old and weighs 45 pounds. Our best guess on breed is Border Collie / Australian Shepherd mix.

Buford is athletic, playful & very affectionate. He is well mannered, housebroken, crate trained and knows some basic commands. He plays well with other dogs; however, he’s not a fan of cats.

Buford is a very smart boy and is quickly catching on to the new routine in his foster home. He travels great in the car and is learning fast how to walk on a leash.

His ideal home will consist of an active family, a fully fenced yard and kids 5 and up.

Buford sustained a trauma to one of his eyes as a pup which resulted in a damaged lens. The vet is uncertain how much vision he has in that eye; but it doesn’t slow him down one bit.
