Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Salt is a tripod ferret. She's doing so well! Her left front leg was amputated. She got caught between the cage wheel and wall, panicked and injured herself badly.
She gets around great and even climbs! She loves to play with me. She loves to hide synthetic corks and crushed pit balls. She'll wrestle with my hand for the longest time. (She can play a little rough, so probably not best with young children.)
She's 3 1/4 years old and for adoption to a home with or without another ferret. She's eating Nature's Variety Instinct Ultimate Protein chicken cat food.
She has the beginning of adrenal disease. This is very common in ferrets. It isn't contagious. She received a melatonin implant 10/1, which is good for 4-6 months. The rescue will give the next implant for free. She's otherwise healthy and vaccinated for distemper. Adoption fee $45
