LUNA M came to us from a shelter with 3 newborns by her side. She was an owner surrender who's family said their new house was too small to keep her. Luna has been phenomenal with her pups and her foster family including the grandchild who visits often. She loves to cuddle on the couch. Luna loves to "hide" her bones - in plain sight. Her favorite treat is cheese puffs. Her former owner said she was good with cats but our foster does not have a cat to confirm this with. She also lived with another dog in her former home. Luna loves to have her ears scratched!

Luna is still a young lady at 2.5 years of age. Luna is current on vaccines. She weighs about 86 pounds. Unfortunately her former owner did not keep her on heartworm preventative and she is positive. She is starting treatment and we will cover the cost for this. She will be spayed soon. Luna is fostered in Lexington, NC.

At this time, due to the size of our rescue, adoptions are limited to NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA, VIRGINIA and +/-6 hours from Raleigh, NC. ADOPTION FEE: Our total adoption fee is $350, including a non-refundable $25 application fee.
