Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Duke is in a foster home in Memphis, Tn. He's actually my foster and I would love to tell you all about him. Fist puff let me say that I have had hundreds and hundreds of fosters in and out of my home over the last 9 years and there are few and far between that I would consider to be a permanent addition to our busy household . This guy! He's one of those. Reasons why... he fits seamlessly meaning he acclimates to any and all dogs in the household no matter number or size, very quickly. He is PERFECT ! And I did mean to say PERFECT in his kennel which is where he stays when we are away. He is easily approachable by humans and by other dogs. He is relatively low energy. By that I mean he can go for a nice play in the yard with another dog but it's usually short and he spends the remainder of his time sniffing and seeking out human affection. He knows sit and walks beautiful on leash ( Although he tends to tug so needs a bit of work ). He is easily touched and tolerates everything which means he's wonderful with children ! He is house trained. He's patient, not hyper or anxious . The family who gets the privilege of adopting Duke should consider themselves very , very blessed !
Facts you should know...
Duke is approx 10-12 months old, neutered , heartworm negative, approx 55 lbs. current on heartworm prevention and flea and tick prevention. UTD on vaccinations and rabies.
We use a transport company called Rescue Vet Transport. They travel each weekend ( leaving Memphis, Tn Friday morning around 6-7 am ) and deliver our newly adopted pets to locations along the route. Once an application has been submitted and approved , I would be more than happy to speak with any potential adoptive family for Duke . I have many videos to share. Photos.
