My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello everyone! My name is Sir Syd. According to my foster Mom, I am a very attractive, blue, male Weimaraner who has a lot of personality. They think that I am about 7-8 months old. I am housebroken, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, neutered, and very sweet. I am learning basic commands quickly, and I walk well on a leash. As for my bad habits, I like to mouth you for attention, but learning quickly this is not a good thing to do. I really enjoy playing with other dogs so I hope to find a forever home with a 4-legged play buddy and a fenced in yard so I can run around. Since I am young, active, and getting big it may not be good to live with small children as I may knock them down. I haven't been around a cat so I can't tell you how I would be with one of them. I would love to have a forever home where my parent(s) work from home or are retired as I love attention! I was found as a stray in my former life and taken to a KY shelter where they contacted LWR. My nice foster Mom came all the way to the shelter to pick me up. I ride well in the car too as you can see from my pictures. I am currently being fostered in southern Indiana across the river from Louisville. I hear my foster Mom say that I will need someone who has patience, but that is for any puppy, right?
