My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Victor and I am 7 years old. When I came into the shelter I was emaciated. Despite whatever happened to me, the shelter said my temperament results were still good. What can I say? I’m a loving and forgiving boy. I have good eye contact, take treats gently and am easy to leash. I enjoy exploring the play yard and am affiliative. I even solicited one of my volunteers for more pets and reassurance by putting my paws on her lap. How cute is that? I’m a good boy!

The volunteers said I am sweet and handsome, give lots of smiles and love to take walks. I’d say that’s about right. Apparently I was in the shelter back in 2018 too. At that time I was part of the shelter’s running team and volunteers raved about my sweet puppy like demeanor and kisses.

Luckily a rescue came for me. They also said I am a nice boy, a typical friendly pittie. Once the excitement from being outside wore off she said I calmed quickly and wanted to climb in her lap. Who says larger dogs can’t be lap dogs?! She also said I love pets, booty scratches and attention. I also did well meeting other dogs. Below is video of me.
