Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! I’m a white, male German Shepherd/Husky mix and my name is Sawyer. That’s because I was found In Louisville wandering near a busy road. Some nice people rescued me and the LWR is helping me find a forever home as a courtesy – I’m German, just not a Weimie.
I can’t tell my foster mom much about my background, but she says I’m very affectionate and love attention. The vet says I’m about one year old and I weigh 66 pounds. I’m housebroken and I ride well in the car. I’m good with other dogs, but I’ve not been tested with cats or children. While I’m very calm in the house, I do have lots of energy and I love to play. I am neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and now microchipped.
I still need help with the basic commands and learning to walk on a leash without pulling. I am very smart and I think I would love obedience training. A fenced yard is a must.
