Hi, my name is RED!!!! I’m one of those super confident, people friendly orange boys that you hear so much about and of course that everybody wants to adopt. Who wouldn’t want a handsome, outgoing boy like me to be their BFF (Best Furr Friend).
I was rescued with my two brothers (Grey & Ash) when we were just little tikes. We were in an alley and I was designated to be the “voice” so when I saw someone coming to help, I meowed until she scooped us up and brought us home, now she’s our foster mom.
She says I’m a very sweet boy but I’m not crazy being held, usually because there are too many other things to go do…. I do however like to be brushed, I love head scratches and I like to lay next to you when I’m not busy chasing one of my brothers. For Play time, there really isn’t a toy I don’t like but the best are wand toys, catnip mice and I like to hide in my tunnel and jump out at my brother Grey so he’ll chase me. When it’s quiet time I LOVE taking naps next to you on the pillow so we can stay close and have our snuggle time.
My PURRfect new home would be to be adopted with one of my brothers (Gray & Ash) or another kitty that has a lot of energy so we can play together. I’m obviously good with other kitties and even small dogs. I haven’t been around small children but I’m sure they’ll want to play with me which means we could be BFF’s in no time.
Red was born approximately May of 2022 – he is neutered, current on vaccines, Felv/FIV Combo Tested, Microchipped and ready to for a home.
Red is currently being fostered in Delano (Bakersfield, CA) but if you’re the purrfect fit, the foster is willing to drive him to you for a meet n’ greet.
