Woof woof! Get a load of those gorgeous pearly whites!!! Meet Jagger, an almost-human looking 5-year old, 22-pound Terrier/Lab/Chihuahua mix who has the most amazing smile around! :-)
Sweet and petite, Jagger is just the right size to take anywhere. Not too big, not too small, this ‘lil fella travels with ease and is always very curious about his environment. A tad shy at first, once Jagger knows you, he’s all in. He loves being pet and he will actually nudge your hand to solicit more affection from you. If you’re relaxing on the couch, his preferred spot would be right next to you, where cuddles are always welcome.
Jagger is housebroken and will sleep in his crate during the overnight hours if that’s what’s required of him. He lovvvvves going for walks and has the endurance of a young pup when it comes to how long he can go. He’s getting better with his leash manners, but Jagger likes to sniff every interesting item he can reach with his nose and he also likes to greet every dog he sees while out and about. Hey, to Jagger, the world is full of fun, new friendships, and adventure! The dog park is probably his all-time favorite place to visit. Mr. Funny Face has theeee absolute best time horsing around with other pooches!
Jagger is very gentle and generally easy-going, but loud noises and sudden movements tend to startle this sensitive guy. He can be easily redirected and a calm voice is all he really looks for, for reassurance. Jagger has the ideal balance of high/low energy in that he can play, hike, or walk for long periods, but he can also chill out for just as long a time. He enjoys chew toys, treats, comfy dog beds, and the companionship of humans and other dogs. Imagine what it would be like waking up to that fabulous face every day!
