Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Have you always wanted a Wahlberg brother of your own? Now's your chance! Meet Mark! He's single and ready to mingle! This sleek mini house-panther is looking for his ride or die. (You!) Mark and his brother from another mother (Donnie) were dumped at a local lake this winter and left to fend for themselves. Mark is currently learning what it means to be safe and loved, and he's come a long way! He has a quiet manner and prefers to observe, rather than interact currently. (We're working on that!) So far, he enjoys chin scratchies! He also loves catnip and catch-a-ball toys. Mark is ear tipped as he was originally thought to be semi-feral, but he's proven to be a sweet boy who just needs some one-on-one time with kind humans. Mark's short ear doesn't detract from his sophisticated good looks!
Mark is neutered, FLV/FIV/HW negative, vaccinated, flea-free, dewormed, litter box trained, and microchipped. He seems to get along well with other polite cats! He has not been tested with dogs. (Though he is used to the sound of barking and seeing dogs run and play outside his enclosure.) Due to his traumatic past, he would NOT do well with young children as he will need a quiet, calm home to feel safe.
TWO IMPURRTANT NOTES:
1. Mark would LOVE to be adopted with his friend and survival companion, Donnie. If you're considering adopting this dapper gentleman, might you also consider the pair?
2. Mark is still a scaredy cat. He will be frightened of you when you meet him. He will hide and have to be coaxed or pulled out. He will just need some quiet, one-on-one time with you in your home to realize that he's safe. We are currently working on trust, and he's improving daily. He still scarfs food down like he'll never have another meal again, so he will require portioned meals to avoid unhealthy weight gain. (No matter what he tells you!) Until he trusts you, he may hiss or cower from you, but it will pass with time and patience.
Email or text with questions about Mark or to receive a digital application. I also offer a lifetime return policy if for any reason you are unable to care for Mark in the future. I am also available indefinitely for cat-care questions and guidance.
