Sparrow is a one-of-a-kind guy who loves to be pampered! Since he is slightly neurologic, his hind end can be somewhat unstable at times. This doesn’t drastically affect his life out in the field or when handled on the ground but, unfortunately, it renders him un-rideable. This is to protect the safety of the rider. Sparrow would be best suited for companionship. Sparrow does tend to be on the low end of the herd pecking order, but that just means he’s amiable to any other horse! He loves attention and is always a pleasure to be around.

*At KYEAC, we require adopters to complete an inspection on the adopted horse 6 and 12 months following adoption. To ensure adopters comply with their inspections, a $250 deposit is required on all horses priced under $2,000, and a $500 deposit is required on all horses priced at $2,000 and up. This deposit is already calculated into the adoption fee. If the adopter complies with the inspections, this deposit will be fully refunded after the requirements of the 6 and 12-month inspection have been met to our satisfaction. If the adopter does not comply with their inspections, their deposit will be forfeited.
