Adopted! New name is Shiloh!

Simon is a young adult beagle/dachshund, @2 years old. 13-15 lbs and needs to gain weight.  Very nice and pleasant boy, great with other dogs. Loves people and likes being petted. He's been well behaved in the rescue's house and mingled well with all the other dogs. Submissive. He came with relative Garfunkel who has been adopted.  He also came with Miss Honey and her pups - he could be the uncle.
