Am I your perfect match? I sure hope so! I'm a playful, fun, and energetic boy with lots of love to give. My story started rough, but I've received all the medical and emotional support I needed to be my best self, and now I'm ready to find my forever family. Here are some things you should know about me:

Active Lifestyle Enthusiast: I'd love an active family for neighborhood walks or even hiking! I haven't been on a hike yet, but I'm sure I'll love it.

Cuddle Buddy: Looking for a lovebug? That's me! Cuddling on the couch to binge-watch our favorite Netflix drama is definitely in my top five activities.

Pillow Sharer: Now that I know what it means to sleep with my human, I hope my new human is okay with sharing your pillow.

Happy-Go-Lucky: I'm a happy-go-lucky boy who loves my chew toys and even licks the vet when I go for check-ups.

Food Lover: Meal times are definitely #1 on my list of favorites, and I love the occasional treat (if hourly means occasional to you, that works for me too).

An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

Go meet their pets

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
