My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hiya! My name is Dario! I’m around 4 years old and 67 lbs. I was really scared and a little shy when I first arrived as a stray here - all my friends have been helping me work on my confidence though, so I now warm up rather quickly! I’m still working on my manners for treat taking, so an open hand will be better! My friends are helping me learn all my manners here and I’m doing a great job at learning! I have been living the shelter life since October, so I am finding myself stressed now. I’m an energetic guy, who loves to run and play! I sometimes jump up for attention, but I do know sit, and I’m quite perfect at it! I still have some puppy-like play in me as well! I’d really just love a home that will take me for walks or have a nice yard to run and play in to burn the energy away! I have been dog tested here and might do well with a tolerant dog friend and slow introductions. So, if I sound like I could be your perfect match, come meet me!
