HI! I'm Sullivan and I am a silly, quirky boy! I have had a little bit of a rough start because when I was at the shelter I was rescued from, I had a little bit of a urinary tract infection that made crystals in my urine. That didn't feel very good! Now that I'm all better, I have been fine as wine! Only thing is, it kind of made it hard to potty train me since I had to "go" all the time. Now that I'm no longer on my medicine, we are working on going potty outside. I do really good in the mornings and when I'm home alone I wear a belly band (that's just a diaper for boys, very easy and inexpensive we can explain if you'd like) in case I have an accident. I do well on a piddle pad also. Don't worry, I'm a smart boy I'll get there! Foster mom says I'm a big snuggler. I will jump up on the bed as if I just "appeared" she thinks that's pretty funny. I love my foster dog brother Gibson, he is a guy my size and we have a great time playing and snuggling together. I live with 2 two-legged boys too, they are about 11 years old, and I love them and everyone I meet!! I do really good on walks and ride in the car like a big boy. I am a very good boy when left home alone, but I cannot be crated. I can't remember why, but for some reason I really will get very scared and try to get out of a crate and may hurt myself. I kind of lick my paws a little bit, so doc says it would be best if I stay on Benadryl pill (or generic $5.00) or have an inexpensive steroid shot (under $20.00) about every 6 months to make me more comfortable. I'm kind of shy at first, but once you get to know me you will be so in love, I promise!! I'm like a flower, the more I open up, the more amazing I am to be around!!
