UPDATE! it is with such a heavy heart that we let you know this sweet angel just passed away. She lived in our care for 7 weeks, and got the best of everything. she was loved deeply til the end. SHe had actually gained two pounds while in our care but she had been so neglected for so long that her little old body just couldnt last! our hearts are broken! RIP sweet Sophie, we will never forget you! one of a kind!

Sophie was dropped off at the shelter at 16 yrs old by her owner. she is a really special little girl. She was emaciated and in very very bad shape.....we are still trying to get her stable. she is not available for adoption just yet....She needs to gain alot of weight and get healthy before we can even consider placing her. if interested in her please contact us at pepperfoundation@aol.com she is a tiny tiny little angel!
