My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Missy and Meeko are the ultimate dynamic duo - siblings by heart, not by blood, and absolutely inseparable. Missy, the older (by a mere two months!) and more confident of the two, loves to explore new spaces and greet new people with curiosity and charm. Wherever she goes, Meeko isn’t far behind.

Meeko is a bit more reserved, preferring to take his time warming up to new surroundings. But with Missy leading the way, he finds his courage and follows her everywhere. Their bond is a beautiful reminder of how love and trust can make two hearts stronger together.

If you’re looking for a pair of sweet, complementary companions, Missy and Meeko are ready to bring double the love and twice the joy into your home. Adopt this perfect pair and experience the magic of their unbreakable bond!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
