Here's what the humans have to say about me:
In Rochester, NH - Hi all, my name's harvee. It's almost the new year and you know what my new year's resolution is? To be with my forever family. I just spent the holidays with my foster mom- who is awesome by the way. I'm currently laying next to her, ensuring if she moves, I will move with her. I attach to my person quite easily.
I have been treated very well. I get treats everyday for going into this metal box that has nice comfy blankets and water. I love getting my belly rubbed and I love love butt scratches. I can be a bit skittish around new ppl, especially those who are taller than me and male. You offer me a treat though and I ease up a bit. It does take a bit for me to warm up to strangers and males.
I love running around in the yard with my foster sisters. We play chase and fetch. I've commandeered several of their toys and we share them- begrudgingly. My foster mom says I'm a sweet goofy boy. See my brown eyes? I'm sweet as chocolate she says. I do have some things to work on. I get excited and can be jumpy. I love to give kisses and I am surprised that there's are folks out there that don't enjoy my kisses.
I have deemed myself the town crier- err well the house crier and feel the need to tell my foster mom about every noise I hear. She says I'm adjusting and not so vocal as I was just a few days ago. I do want to ensure she's aware of any potential danger out there.
I will need a 6ft or higher enclosed fenced yard. I believe I'm a cat and climb fences to see what's going on out there. I can be bored and get into trouble. Who knew that chewing on my food dish would be deemed trouble? My foster mom just said I walk rather well on a leash and did so with my foster sisters in tow. She was impressed!
Oh have I mentioned I love to cuddle? Being near my person is the best. And sleeping on the big bed with her and my foster sisters is awesome! I haven't experienced snow yet but when I do, I know I'll love it.
Are you looking for a sweet lovable friend to walk, hike, play, and cuddle with? I promise I'll never leave your side and protect you always. I just ask for food, water, and love in return.
