My story

2019 female GSD needing a different situation/rehoming.
This is a working shepherd, who has been raised in a family environment around children and other dogs/cats. She is housetrained with basic obedience, and a solid recall.
She is respectful of cats, and while she has high prey drive, she will keep a respectful distance from cats. She is an excellent mouser and will happily remove them all for you. She is NOT good around chickens.
She is excellent with children that are a part of her family but can be protective of them with strangers. She settles in the house well and is both crate trained, and kennel trained. She is accustomed to being in an outdoor run when we leave the house.
She thrives on attention and affection from her handler. She is toy and food motivated and seeks handler approval. She is neutral to her environment and is neutral/indifferent to strangers and in public. She is reserved with anyone not in her immediate family pack. She is tolerant of the vet. She would do well in an environment where her natural protection instincts are able to be managed in the right direction. She currently lives with two other dogs, a large intact male shepherd, and a neutered male bulldog, and three cats with no issues.
