Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey there, kiddo. The name’s Gucci. Yep, just like the fancy stuff—because I am fancy, in my own rugged way. Born April 16th, 2013, I’ve seen a lot in my time, and I’m not just some pup anymore. I’m a distinguished gentleman, a seasoned soul who knows what he wants and—more importantly—what he doesn’t want. What do I want? Love. Affection. A nice comfy spot where I can settle in and let you brush me to my heart’s content. There’s nothing like a good brush-out to keep this old man looking dapper. And, if I’m honest, I wouldn’t mind a good snuggle afterward. You bring the love; I’ll bring the world-class cuddling skills. What don’t I want? Little kids tugging on my ears, cats thinking they own the place, and most dogs getting up in my business. I’ve earned my peace, thank you very much, and I’m not afraid to protect the ones I love. Call me smart, call me loyal—I’m both. Leash-trained? You bet. Housebroken? Always. I’m the total package wrapped up in a seasoned, no-nonsense bow. So, if you’re looking for a wise, protective companion who doesn’t mess around with nonsense, I’m your guy. A home where I can be the center of attention? Perfect. I’ve got plenty of love left to give.

Additional adoption info
We require an in-person application for all dogs and cats. A home visit will be required for larger dogs, who require a fenced in yard. Our animals are only adopted out after they have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Our adoption fees are $90 for cats and $110+ for dogs. Puppies are $130. Cash, check, credit or debit card are all accepted. Sometimes the fee will be higher for a dog, if it is a purebred. We would like to keep our adoptions local; in the event the adoption does not work out, the animal must come back to us. Adopters must sign an agreement to this effect. We do consider out of state adopters, please phone us before coming. We are a private rescue. Please be patient if we take a little time to respond.
Those adopting a cat must bring a carrier to transport the cat home safely.
