Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ryder is a 10 month old Siberian Husky that ended up in a shelter on the mainland. He is very rambunctious and was not trained as a pup. So now he is almost full grown at 45 lbs and is a high energy playful boy that was never shown how to play without being too rough, or bite inhibition.
He is in a great breed-savy foster home that is teaching him the ropes. He is a very smart pup and is already house trained, heeling, and knows sit, down, wait (a short wait ;), and touch. He is also learning the difference between wrestling with a husky pal, and playing gentler with people. He has met cats in his foster home and ended up with a scratched nose when he tried to play; now he just watches the cats and hopes they'll play with him. He has a low prey drive for a sibe.
Ryder is neutered and up to date on shots and will make an amazing dog for someone up to the challenge of an overgrown puppy! He will be placed in a home without small children as he is just too boisterous for toddlers. He should also not be with cats or small pets as his prey drive is just too high.
