My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Minnie and Rosa are BEST friends, so we want them to stay together. Their human died unexpectedly as she was dealing with cancer. She had not made plans for the pets so her friends have stepped in to help. Minnie and Rosa lived with another larger dog and several cats in a large home. Everyone seemed to get along well.

Minnie and Rosa are small dogs, smaller than the mini schnauzers where they are temporarily living. Rosa is small enough to sneak through small spaces, so it is good to have a fence without any big gaps.

We have their vet records where up to date until their mom started chemo. Their mom's friends can help out with costs of shots they may need.

The friend's network can help these two bundles of joy get to anyplace in an area between Toledo OH and Arlington VA or in that general area. The dogs are currently in Ohio.

Their mom let them sleep on her bed and they would probably like that in the future. For now they sleep together in a kennel.
