Roscoe came to Rescue when left in a high kill rural shelter recently. He's friendly and a favorite of the Staff. Roscoe is used to living with other dogs and has a wonderful personality. He's been bred to be loyal and a good companion, a little lap dog at 8#. His adoption fee is $400 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Include your location and a phone number for future communication.
The first step in our process is to submit an application for review. Once approved, we will contact you to arrange a meeting at our next Meet and Greet event. Our pets are fostered in private homes and will be brought to Frederick, MD to meet approved adopters.
