My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charley is a joy to be around! She’s blossomed beautifully since coming to the shelter and now greets everyone with a happy tail wag and an irresistible smile. With her calm, quiet demeanor, Charley is ready to be the cherished center of attention in a loving home.

In foster care, Charley has been an absolute star—housebroken, crate-trained, and always polite. She is a fantastic houseguest, enjoying cuddle time, cozy spots on the bed, and behaving perfectly when left alone. Her foster described her as `the sweetest girl` who is always grateful for any attention, treats, or outdoor time.

Charley’s volunteer buddies adore her and describe her as friendly, easygoing, and a great leash-walker. She’s an ideal walking or hiking buddy and loves an adventure, but she’s just as content snuggling up at home. While she’s met other larger dogs with ease, Charley is looking for a home where she can be the only pet, soaking up all the love for herself.

If you’re ready to meet a loyal, affectionate friend who will fill your life with happiness, Charley can’t wait to be your perfect match!
