Redford is a 6 month old Irish Setter Poodle mix. He originally came to us at 12 weeks old after he came down with Parvo after being purchased from a breeder. Once he recovered our director decided she may keep him since she was looking for a dog to be trained as a diabetic scent dog. However, after training he just doesnt have the drive needed. Redford is a great dog and still a goofy puppy. He is great with kids, other dogs, and cats. fact Redford must go to a home with another large breed dog. Without another large dog to play with Redford becomes depressed and just lays around and stops eating, even with active children in the house. He is current on vaccines, microchipped, and will be neutered soon.
