Looking Glass Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) virtual rescue, using a network of dedicated fosters throughout the Northeast to care for our animals until adoption. You may be required to travel if approved for adoption.

Mary Sanderson is a sweet little puppy who was abandoned with her littermates and taken in by our foster and her nursing momma dog. This pup has flourished with the love and care she received from both and is now is ready to search for her own forever family. Mary is a sweet little girl who will warm your heart. She is a bundle of joy, loves people - young and old, is playful, has been surrounded by other dogs and cats and done well, and is affectionate - loves snuggles and kisses. As a dachshund mix, she's a small dog and based on her shape and growth to date we anticipate she will stay small, although we do not know the breed of dad. As a young puppy, Mary will need all the training, care, and love that new puppies need to become a well adjusted adult dog. But knowing this pup, she will return the favor with unconditional love and a lifetime of joy!
