Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bombay (born Aug 27th) is a 16 week old rescue puppy. Her mom was a Pitty mix and dad was likely some sort of Shephard mix. My guess based on current weight is 70+ lbs, they were thinner but are gaining weight quickly. Mira and her 4 brothers were born in rural SC and started their lives in a tiny outdoor pen without basic care until they found their way into rescue.
Mira is one of the sweetest, cuddliest puppies ever. She is a little timid and could use to gain confidence in new situations but absolutely loves people and a good routine. She really loves Caleb and is soo great with him but can get a little timid when he goes into full feral toddler mode. She would do well in a family with a confident dog friend (slow introductions required so she can get comfortable). She has met the cats and was interested but respectful of their space. She is suspicious of the horses and their large size but is learning barn dog life (she does enjoy checking stalls for poop snacks 🙄). She is also interested in the chickens but doesn't get too close. Her preference is to check things out from a safe distance and keep a watchful eye on what's going on. She will do best with a family that can socialize her regularly. She will benefit from puppy classes. She is SMART! We have been crate training, potty training, practing on a harness and leash, and has a great recall (treats help!). She has also mostly mastered sit. Both puppies are VERY food motivated.
In a week, we have fallen in love with her and her snuggles. She is going to be a perfect velcro puppy that enjoys outside time followed by couch cuddles. Her furever family will be very lucky to snuggle this little lady forever.

*We do not adopt puppies into homes without other dogs due to socialization needs. Thank you for understanding.*
