Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charlie is the life of the party and more. He is super playful with big and small dogs and would be best in a home with another playful dog. Big or small, Charlie likes them all. All he wants to do is play all day with anyone who will keep up with him. He is a hoot and just can't get enough play time.

He will need grooming for his entire life. He uses the doggie door.
