Little BIX is very timid and scared...She was rescued from a neglect case in Texas but thankfully, she and the other animals, were confiscated from an awful starvation/neglect situation. BIX will definitely need proper socialization and a dedicated adopter that is willing to work with her and give her the time she needs to decompress. She is not yet housebroken and does not know how to walk on leash. She would love to have a REAL family of her own.
