My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Betty and her BFF Kobe LOVE to show off their tango skills in the play yard! She is an expert at romping and throwing play bows and will try to get any dog to play with her. She’s looking for an active home where she can work on getting her steps in, as her 2023 resolution is to trim down and be fit. Betty will get an additional chance for self-improvement through our Prison Training Program, as she is eligible for 6 weeks of free training! She also is an expert cordless heater during the winter months, as she’s ready to snuggle and catch up on the latest episode of your favorite show. One caveat, you’ll have to make sure her giant ear antennae don’t get in the way!

Betty is available through LA Animal Services and is staying at our People and Pet Innovation Center (Mission Hills, CA) while she waits for her forever home. If you are interested in meeting Betty, please come visit her during our open adoption hours Saturdays from 12-3pm or email us to schedule an appointment!
