My name is Leon!

Leon is back with us after being adopted as a puppy but returned due to changes in his previous family's living situation. When he first came back, Leon was understandably scared and unsure of his surroundings. However, with a little patience and understanding, Leon has blossomed into a sweet and affectionate dog who greets us with smiles and a wagging tail. Leon is a gentle soul who has learned to trust again. He's not the most athletic dog, so a leisurely walk and some playtime are all he needs to stay happy and healthy. He gets along well with other calm dogs and would benefit from having a doggie friend in his new home. Though he might need a bit of time to warm up to new people, once he does, he's incredibly loyal and loving. Leon would do best in a home with older kids (around 12 years and up) who can understand his need for slow introductions and patience. He's not a high-energy dog, so a family that enjoys a relaxed lifestyle would be perfect for him.
