My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Emma is such a sweet girl as well as a bundle of joy and energy. She loves to be petted, held and will sit on your lap and give nose rubs. She especially enjoys her head and under chin rubs. Emma is very inquisitive and she follows her foster mom around the house checking out everything. She is very outgoing and enjoys greeting visitors. Emma was rescued by a caring home owner when she was left on a country road by her former owner to fend for herself. It is not known how long she had been outdoors, however she was quite thin when rescued. Even though Emma was abandoned by her previous owner this little girl loves being around humans.

Emma has a lot of energy and after learning how to play she hasn't stopped. She loves to just run around the house, bat random toys on the run, or play in her cat tunnel. She is able to keep herself occupied for hours however she also enjoys interactive play with wand toys or chasing a laser light. When Emma is not playing you will find her sitting in the window watching the squirrels and birds or sound asleep in her cat tree.

Emma is not fond of other cats therefore she would do best in a home as an only pet and where she would receive all the love and attention plus playtime for herself. She would be best suited to a quiet home with a single adopter or a quiet couple. Emma would not do well with children as she sometimes has a tendency to play a little rough.

Emma is truly hoping for a second chance to find her forever home where she can play, have a soft blanket to rest her head and just be loved. Please give this sweet little girl a chance at the life she deserves and has been patiently waiting for.
