My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Babs" is a sweet, little long-haired chihuahua, 8 pounds big, approximately 8 years old. She was adopted from the Bryan, Texas SPCA then surrendered to us when the owner could not keep her in their apartment complex. She is a very timid, shy girl who has not known a lot of love in her life and is clearly in the process of developing trust of humans. She gets along well with all the other dogs at our rescue, but she is timid. We have yet to hear her make a noise! She has a patchy coat, (no doubt from time spent living on the streets), but this should clear up with proper nutrition. She is spayed, has all her vaccinations, and is microchipped. This little animal deserves a loving, PERMANENT home of her own so that her true personality can come out. Do you have room in your hearts for this precious girl? She is currently located at our rescue in Houston, Texas but can be transported anywhere in the U.S. Adoption fee covers shots, spay, microchip AND transport to new home!
