My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Garra newest member of Biggie Smalls House of Chi!  My foster mom pulled me from Dallas Animal Services and I am on my way to the best life ever!  He was there for about 2 months so he is decompressing in his foster home and coming out of his shell. The shelter is scary for us little dogs!

Garra is a super sweet boy. He was an owner surrender because he is a cat chaser! No cats please!!!!!!    Garra is a little shy and it takes him just a little bit to warm up but once he decides you are pretty cool you will get lots of love, cuddles, and snuggles. Garra loves to get under the blankets and lay close. He's a great sleeping buddy. He has lovely bed manners.
Garra is a very handsome boy. We have been told he is a chiweenie but all we know is he is a heart breaker. He smiles, and is a giant ham. Garra loves to be held and follows his foster mom everywhere. Garra is a small prince! He only weighs 9lbs. He is healthy and up to date on all his age appropriate vaccinations.  He is currently 1 year and 7 months old.  He has a calm type of laid back personality. Garra will be available for adoption right after Thanksgiving because he has an appointment to be neutered soon. Biggie's House is taking care of that!

Garra is really sweet and sensitive little soul. He cries, actual tears when he has to get his nails done. He wasn't a fan. He needs a gentle mom and dad to talk softly to him. He glows when you tell him he is a good boy. He wants to please and he would love to be a lap dog. Garra would be great as an only dog or with another small dog. He seems to prefer the company of lady dogs to other boy dogs but he has not been aggressive.  He would do best in a quieter home where not a lot of people come and go. Like his foster mom said, he is a sensitive guy and he doesn't like too much going on.  He would be great for someone who works from home or is retired.  Garra is probably not a dog for kids. He needs a quieter sort of home. We have special rates for adopters over 60.

Is Garra your little prince?
