Meet one of SCMRs special little fellas. Cotton is approximately a 1 year old Maltese mix, weighing 11 lbs. He came to SCMR from a local shelter who was found wondering around on a street so we don't know a lot about him. He is microchipped, neutered and up to date on his shots.

He loves to run and play outside, running fast and sometimes in circles. Therefore it is necessary for the potential adopter to have a safe FENCED YARD. He was diagnosed as being totally blind but he avoids objects so we aren't sure exactly what he can see. He also appears to have some neurological issues. He mostly runs in circles. He was seen by a Neurologist who did not find any blood disorders or diseases.

He is a happy little boy and has started spending more time around me. His legs will separate when he tries to eat. He is not Housebroken and wears a belly band. I hope someone will have it in their heart to give this special little guy a loving forever home. He is currently being fostered in Bristow, VA
