Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Darren is young, handsome boy who has been bounced around since first arriving at PACC in 2022. He previously lived with not one, but two, military families who both had to give him up when deployed. We’d say that makes him a veteran by association, wouldn’t you? Darren is a shelter favorite who is dearly loved by volunteers and staff, and we would love for him to finally find the forever home that he deserves.
Darren is an easygoing dog who loves chasing a ball, rides great in the car, has been housebroken in prior homes, and has lived with other dogs and kiddos. He loves adventures and is ready to be your wingman! Here’s what one volunteer said about Darren:
“I have been a fan of Darren since he was at the shelter in 2022. He is a friendly, chill dog that likes to hang out, play with his ball, go for rides, walk, whatever you want to do. I recently drove him up from Sierra Vista in my car and he was a great passenger. When out in the yard he likes to hang out, get lots of pets, and squeak his ball. He leashes up easily, doesn’t pull on the leash, and basically has good manners. I think he would do well with an individual or a family.”
If you’re looking for an active pal to join you on daily walks and all of your other adventures, this is your guy! Darren has been tolerant and independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup and would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure that it’s a good fit. Please ask to meet Darren!
