This is the fast way to meeting your new pet.

Introducing Gouda, a delightful girl who is just waiting to find her forever home! This sweet pup is house trained and ready to be your companion in all of life's adventures. While she may feel a bit anxious when meeting new people, she quickly warms up once she feels safe and loved.

Gouda has a wonderful background, having grown up with children from crawling babies to 10-year-olds, making her a great fit for family environments. She's also been around other dogs and even two cats, one of whom was her playful buddy! Gouda is a fun-loving girl who can be rambunctious at times, but she's just as happy to relax and enjoy some quiet time, embracing her inner "couch potato."

Unfortunately, Gouda was returned to us due to a change in her owner's housing situation. After staying with family for a few months, she has become a bit more anxious, but we believe that with the right love and patience, she will regain her trust and confidence. At our facility, Gouda shows her sweet side while also showing signs of anxiety, and we are hopeful she will thrive in a loving foster or adoptive home where she can feel secure.

If you're looking for a sweet companion who's ready to give and receive love, Gouda could be the perfect match for you! With a little extra understanding and support, we know she has the potential to blossom into an incredible family member. Come meet Gouda and discover the joy she can bring to your life!

Gouda was born September 2022

Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up-to-date on heart-worm and flea/tick preventative, heartworm test which includes tick disease testing (if over 6 months), 24Petwatch microchip with registration, fecal analysis and health check before adoption, and spayed or neutered-if not already, a voucher is provided which will cover the cost. If you are adopting a puppy all puppy vaccines are covered as well.

More about this rescue

We are a 501c organization that saves pets from high kill shelters, off the streets and also accept pets as owner surrenders so they do not have to step a foot in the shelters. We believe all animals deserve a good life and we strive to give them one! We give them any medical attention they may need, including spay/neuters, a microchip and vaccinations and find them a forever home.
