Meet Smudge. This 6-month-old kitten has been at the shelter for almost 3 months and is still waiting to find a furever home. Kittens like Smudge are often overlooked because they seem standoffish...but really they are just afraid. Once you get Smudge into your lap, she doesn't mind being held and pet. Smudge needs a calm, quiet home, and a parent who is patient and willing to give her space. She would benefit from having another cat to play with as well.
