Welcome Ghost to CCPAL Rescue. He is a 6-month-old Whippet/Aussie mix is our best guess. He weighs about 15 pounds and he is a shy boy. He probably won’t be bigger than 25 pounds full grown. He is quiet at the rescue and gets along with all the dogs at the rescue. He tries hard to blend in and be a wall flower in a group of dogs. He would do great with a quiet family, couple or single person that is more of a home body and would like to have a companion with the same likes. He would be best with a gentle and kind family that uses a gentle touch with him. He is good being held and would be fine with another confident dog to show him the ropes. He could be an only dog. He would be fine with kids. We would like them to be 8 or older. A home with a fenced yard would be best. He isn’t familiar with the leash at the moment. We are working with him and he has come along nicely and responds to love. He is currently in Texas and he can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 250 and transport is 180. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states
