Rocco and Clarisse were abandoned on christmas of 2009 by my neighbors when they moved and left Rocco and his little female companion Clarisse tied up next to a tree by the house with no food,water or shelter and sitting surrounded by their feces in the cold weather. They were always kept tied up and were never paid attention to. When I saw them I did not waste any time going over there to their rescue. They are now being housed,trained and fostered in a warm, loving home until they can get their new forever family and home. They would love it if they could be adopted together since they are the best of friends. "Rocco" (see below)- Black&White, male neutered Border Collie/dach x. 1yr old, about 12-14lbs. Very small. Adorable, Very sweet,lovable, energetic,playful. Loves kids. Dog and cat friendly. A little intimidated by men but does not take long to warm up to them. Loves to cuddle. "Clarisse"- Tan, Spayed female, chih x. 9-10months old. less than 10lbs. Very tiny and petite. She is just adorable, so sweet and very affectionate. A little shy but very playful and energetic.
