My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bradley is a handsome Akita and is an awesome boy! He is gentle, happy and loves toys, people and affection, he is so happy at the Haven, and you would never know he just pulled through such a risky surgery as Bradley had bloat and has now fully recovered. Bradley would be ok with another female dog with proper introductions. But Bradley loves humans so much he would prefer to be the center of your attention, so in a home as an only dog would make him happy. He loves his food, which is great cause he needs to pack on a few more pounds. Bradley’s fur is starting to grow back and once his incision has healed, we can start bathing him again as part of his treatment. His family will need to continue with his medicated baths until his fur has grown in and he is clear. Bradley is a big dog and still needs to gain at least another 25-30lbs. He walks ok on leash but needs an experienced home with someone who can continue with his training, he will sometimes jump up with excitement so a home with no small children is best suited for him. We all love Bradley at the Haven, he will be a great companion in the right home.

Bradley is approx. 2 years old, he is neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped.
