My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Calle!! I am approx 1.5 years old. I started my life as a street kitty/stray. A nice lady took notice of me and my sister (shes already adopted out), trapped us and we began our journey as indoor cats. I am a beautiful calico girl with a sweet disposition. I have been in foster care for the majority of my life. I can be a little shy when meeting new people or put into a new situtation.

About me: I love to play with a feather toy! I enjoy a good game of cat and mouse, and I can be quite the hunter. I am good with other cats and kittens. I have not been exposed to any dogs or children, which does not mean it would be a deal breaker, but I have no experience with dogs or kids.

More about this rescue

We began rescuing dogs 6 years ago when I realized that so many healthy dogs were being euthanized in our local shelters. Shortly after I began to rescue kitties as well. We estimate that we have rescued over 2500 animals since we began. They all deserve a chance, a life and a lot of love.
