Meet Rocky, a name fitting for this fighter.

Rocky is the epitome of why we started Kizzy’s Place seven years ago. “A place for friends,” as we like to call it. Where all are welcomed, no matter how different.

Rocky was living a rough life on the streets and struggling to breathe from a horrific nasal wound. Knowing he was in trouble, he somehow mustered up enough strength to make it onto the porch of one of our board members. #fate

We were able to give him the care he needed which included a surgery to open up his nasal passages that now allows him to breathe! Considering Rocky is missing his nose, he does need his face wiped occasionally. Who doesn’t love a mini facial spa treatment from time to time?

Rocky gets along with everyone he meets! He is super sweet and affectionate. We know he looks different but that doesn’t mean he’s any less deserving of a furever home!
