Hiya, I’m CARL and I am ready to be your best new bud! I’m a silly guy that loves to bring a smile to all the new faces I get to meet, so don’t be surprised if you’re grinning from ear to ear when you meet me! Humans have described me as a happy and friendly guy with both people and dogs. Sometimes I forget to use my inside voice, but that’s just because I am so happy to see you!
