My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poor little Monroe. He was dumped at the Merced pound where he was next up on the kill list. Then some jackass adopted him because he was a puppy and brought him back THE NEXT DAY because he wasn't housetrained. So Monroe was back on the kill list. Monroe was in the last group of dogs we rescued from that pound. Since his first night here, Monroe has slept without any problem in a crate, or sleeping on a dog bed with a number of our other fosters. He is very affectionate, playful, and seems to be on his way to being house trained. Monroe rides in the car pretty well but could use more pratice at that. He is also getting better at walking on leash. Monroe is about 7 months old.
